Ana Arenas

Ana Arenas is a Licensed Massage Therapist offering Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, and Sports Massage Therapies. While constantly improving her techniques through Continuing Education, she is able to tailor her massage to fit each individual using a variety of therapies, creating a deep, relaxing massage. Ana believes in the body's ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. She creatively combines intuitive and technical skills in her bodywork to help her client's access their innate body wisdom, leaving them feeling more rejuvenated and relaxed.
